Zoo to Host Job Fair and Open Interviews on Friday, January 31
[Columbia, SC] — Looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work at one of the top zoos in the country? Don’t miss Riverbanks Zoo and Garden’s job fair on Friday, January 31. Open interviews will take place at the Zoo from 10am – 3pm.
It takes a strong team of talented, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals to operate one America’s best zoos and public gardens. Riverbanks will be hiring up to 150 qualified candidates for a variety of positions in the attractions, guest relations, grounds and housekeeping, and public safety departments. Applicants also must be courteous, outgoing, and have a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends and holidays will apply).
Appointments are not necessary; anyone can participate in the open interview format. Riverbanks also encourages guests visiting the park on January 31 to stop in for an interview. Candidates are encouraged to bring a resume to the job fair but are not required to do so. A complete list of job openings can be found on the Zoo’s website.
Interviews will take place at Riverbanks’ Ndoki Lodge. Applicants should enter the Zoo from Greystone Boulevard. Attendants will be on hand to assist with direction and parking.
