School & Group Programs

Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is dedicated to inspiring people of all ages to conserve wildlife and wild places. Programs are available for groups both on our campus and in your community.

Parents, Kids, & Families

Get your kids and entire family hooked on nature and discover a love for learning at one of our many family and early childhood programs at Riverbanks.

Youth Programs

Riverbanks’ youth development programs are not only fun and a great way to meet new friends, but they also provide opportunities to develop job-readiness and life skills while serving as an ambassador for Riverbanks Zoo and Garden.

Homeschool Programs

Families with homeschooled children ages 2–13 can participate in hands-on learning experiences during Riverbanks’ Homeschool Monday programs throughout the school year. Animal enthusiasts, budding gardeners, and knee-high naturalists can find a variety of experiences to catch their interest.
