Selecting our Corporate Meeting Package saves both time and money — or we are happy to tailor a meeting just for you!

Corporate Meeting Package — With our simple Corporate Meeting Package (PDF), all you need to do is choose a room and all of your core catering and A/V needs will be taken care of automatically. From there you can add optional Enhancements or even prolong your stay by having a cocktail hour in an Animal Exhibit!

Daytime Picnics

The Zoo’s lush green spaces are a natural choice to host picnics ranging from 25 to 500 guests!

Picnics are held in Safari Camp throughout the year from 11:00am–1:00pm or 2:00–4:00pm. Timing extensions, catering enhancements and entertainment additions are also a popular option. After you peruse our picnic menus and venue pricing below, we’d be more than happy to show you our picnic space and create a detailed quote.

Riverbanks offers three unique settings that will keep your clients and business associates talking long after the last hors d’oeuvre has been consumed.

Facilities are available one hour after park closes through 11:00pm. Events must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.

Can I use my own caterer?

Riverbanks Zoo and Garden partners with an on-site third-party event specialist/caterer, ensuring fast and efficient service from the initial planning stage all the way through to your event’s execution. A portion of the caterer’s proceeds support Riverbanks’ conservation efforts.

Is there a catering minimum?

All private events at Riverbanks require a minimum catering spend. This is because our onsite event specialist/caterer manages all planning and execution of events and incurs related costs. There are different minimums for each type of event, but 25 guests is generally the accepted minimum for each menu.

What time can my event start and end?

General event timeframes are 9:00am–5:00pm and 7:00–11:00pm. These timeframes are flexible, however, and facility rental rates can be adjusted accordingly. Also, earlier start times or later end times can be booked, depending on available space, for an additional fee.

Is A/V equipment included?

A projector, screen and flip charts are all available at a very reasonable price. The Ndoki Lodge comes with a built-in sound system; however, a system must be rented for the Magnolia Room. If you are looking to book a corporate meeting, then our Meeting Package (PDF) has all the A/V you need built in!

Do I need to purchase Zoo admission tickets?

During Zoo hours, if your event schedule allows an opportunity for your guests to explore the park, then admission tickets are required; however, the tickets will be offered at a discounted event rate.

If some of my guests are Zoo members, do I need to pay their admission?

If you can provide your event coordinator with a valid membership number(s) of the attending members, then you don’t have to pay admission for those members.

May I bring my own vendors like a DJ, band, florist, entertainer, etc?

We ask that you check out our preferred vendor list first because all of these vendors know the unique logistics and rules of the Zoo. However, we can make exceptions as long we can approve and coach your vendor within sufficient time.

Do you offer any discounts or added value?

If your event is at one of our ‘off-peak’ times, then we would either be able to offer discounts or some kind of value-added program. Alternatively, we have set packages available for Meetings, Picnics, Holiday Parties and Zoo Buy-Outs, which have discounts already built in to save you time organizing!

Are there parking fees?

Parking is currently free of charge at Riverbanks.

Riverbanks Zoo and Garden now offers a great company perk for your hard working team. The Wild Adventures Corporate Club is an exciting and secure way for your employees and or members to purchase and print Riverbanks eTickets online at a great savings, all from the convenience of a personal computer. This saves time and money, and allows quicker entrance at the gate.

Through this program, your employees can simply buy tickets with your exclusive Wild Adventure Corporate Club coupon code.

Enrolling in this program is as easy as 1-2-3. Sign up your company for the Wild Adventures Corporate Club today!

Pre-paid Discount Ticket Program

Thank your employees on one special day or throughout the year by participating in Riverbanks Zoo and Garden’s Pre-paid Discount Ticket Program. Great for family fun days, employee of the month recognition, client appreciation, or resale to your employees (helping them save their hard earned dollars). Discount tickets cost just $9 for adults and $8 for children. That’s a savings of more than 25%.

Tickets are sold in batches of 25 and companies must purchase a minimum of 25 to receive the discounted rate. For companies that plan to resell the tickets, we provide promotional materials to help you get the word out to your employees. Tickets will be printed with your company name and have no expiration date. Companies should allow five business days to receive tickets and promotional materials. Other Zoo promotions and discounts are not valid with discount tickets.
