Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is home to more than 2,000 magnificent and fascinating animals and one of the nation's most beautiful and inspiring botanical gardens. The lush 170-acre site features dynamic natural habitat exhibits, scenic river views, spectacular valley overlooks and significant historic landmarks.

SAVE more than 15% by purchasing tickets online! For the best admission rates and quicker access to the Zoo and Garden, we recommend you purchase your tickets in advance online. Print-at-home tickets will be emailed directly to you, and you will avoid standing in lines by going straight to the turnstile.

General admission rates include entry to both the Zoo and the Botanical Garden. Tickets for special after-hours events (like Boo at the Zoo and Lights Before Christmas) are separate from daytime admission. Pets, food, beverages and coolers are not allowed in the park. Riverbanks is a smoke-free facility.

9:00am–5:00pm Monday–Friday; 9:00am–6:00pm Saturday–Sunday.

September 28 – December 31, 2015:
9:00am–5:00pm every day.

Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is open every day except for Thanksgiving and Christmas days. Special closings may be announced.
