The Stars will Shine when Twilight in the Garden Kicks Off this June
[Columbia, SC] — Enjoy a cool retreat for catching a family-friendly flick when the big screen returns to Riverbanks Botanical Garden on select Friday evenings this summer. Twilight in the Garden will take place on June 9, July 14 and August 11.
Guests are invited to frolic around in Waterfall Junction prior to the start of the movie each evening.
Fun flows from every corner in this 3-acre garden oasis that features a 25-foot waterfall and splash pad plus an all-new Lil’ Sprouts Splash Zone.
The movie will begin at dusk at the Garden amphitheater. Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket for lounging in the area’s grassy lawn. This summer’s featured films include:
- June 9 — Tarzan
- July 14 — Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone
- August 11 — A Bug’s Life
Advance tickets may be purchased online. Admission is $3 for Riverbanks members and $5 for the general public. Gates open at 6pm.
Concessions will be available for purchase; a cash bar also will be offered. Outside food and drink will not be allowed inside the park.
Parking and entry to the event will be available on the Botanical Garden side only at 1300 Botanical Parkway in West Columbia.
