Riverbanks' Spring Break Camp and Winter Break Camp are offered to children ages 5-10 and pack hands-on activities, animal encounters, behind-the-scenes tours, games, and arts and crafts into three fun-filled days. The Summer Camp Programs (Sprout Camp, KinderCamp, and Wild Weeks) serve 3-12 year olds.

SPRING BREAK ZOO CAMP 2012: Animal Outlaws

Tuesday – Thursday sessions, April 3 – 5 / 10 – 12 @ 9:00am-3:00pm

What animals would you put on the Top 10 Most Wanted list? Would it be snakes, frogs, rats, bees—or maybe the chicken down the street that wakes you up every morning? Some animals get a bad reputation for being smelly, ugly, scary, dirty or even loud, but many of them are just misunderstood. Come explore the softer side of the wild kingdom's most rebellious public enemies. Spring Break Zoo Camp includes daily animal encounters, behind-the-scenes tours, Zoo walks, arts and crafts, games and more!

Ages: 5 to 9 years old
Dates: Session 1: Tuesday-Thursday, April 3-5
Session 2: Tuesday-Thursday, April 10-12
Time: 9:00am–3:00pm
Drop Off: 8:45am–9:00am (Entrance Gate)
Pick Up: 3:00pm–3:15pm (Entrance Gate)
Cost: $120 for members, $150 for general public
Extended Stay & Play: 3:00pm to 5:00pm, $45 per participant.
  Note: Early drop-off is not an option for Spring Break Zoo Camp.
All children must be picked up by 5:15pm.
Daily Pack List: Lunch, snack and filled water bottle.
  Note: Lunches must be non-microwavable and non-refrigerated.

Other Important Information …
T-Shirts: Each child will receive one complimentary T-shirt the first day of camp. We ask that campers wear their T-shirts each day of camp. Additional T-shirts can be purchased online or the first day of camp from the staff for $15.
Sign In/Sign Out: Parents or guardians will have to sign in/out when campers are dropped off and picked up (absolutely no exceptions). Campers will NOT be released to anyone other than adults authorized to pick up on the consent form. Photo ID is required to pick up.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than Monday, March 19, to receive a refund minus a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after March 19.
Late Pick Up Fee: There will be a late pick up charge of $10 for every five minutes you are late picking up your child after 3:15pm (or 5:15 pm for those registered for extended stay and play).
